This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or other tracking, and does not load anything from third parties. It is hosted on GitLab Pages. To deliver the site and protect it against abuse, GitLab processes technical data such as your IP address, which may happen outside the European Union, as described in the GitLab privacy statement. The legal basis is Noard AI’s legitimate interest in running a secure website.
When you get in touch
If you email Noard AI, your name, email address and anything you include in your message are used only to respond to you and, if we work together, to prepare, carry out and administer that work. The legal basis is taking steps towards, and carrying out, an agreement with you.
Emails that do not lead to work together are deleted when they are no longer needed. Records of work done, such as quotes and invoices, are kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires. Your data is not sold or shared with others, except with the providers that host email and the administration, and where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data Noard AI holds about you, to limit or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Email hello@noard.ai and you will get a response within a month. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.
